About Our Founder
Conor Crowley brings more than 30 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain, operations, and business performance, combined with a strong background as a data scientist. A Chartered Engineer and Economist, he has built his career on helping organisations reduce waste, improve efficiency, and make better decisions through a blend of lean thinking, analytical rigour, and practical execution.
He is now applying that experience to one of the most urgent challenges of our time: the housing crisis. His service is designed to help builders win more business while reducing the cost of acquisition, using lean tools, data science, and proprietary AI to improve how firms identify opportunities, pursue work, and deliver projects more effectively.
